Abdul Rehman Tahir S/o is the CEO of Pak Mac Links, Islamabad, Pakistan. Born in January 1964, he did his masters in Electrons and Industrial Education from University of Punjab, Lahore.




Mr. A R Tahir founded Pak Mac Links in 1995 in Blue Area, Islamabad. With sheer dedication he has been marketing Apple Computer products in Pakistan at the time when most of the computer users had no knowledge of Apple as a product. At the moment almost 40% of all apple computers and other products sold in Pakistan are through his organisation Pak Mac Links. Pak Mac Links is the largest and one of the pioneers Apple Computer Resellers in Pakistan. He started his career with UDL distributors in 1988.



His vision is clear as he wants to develop IT System in Pakistan. When he was asked about secret of his success, he frankly told that he takes decisions which are based on the feed back of over more that 4000 apple products users in Pakistan. Apple products enjoys exclusive monopoly in video editing systems and broadcasting solution. Almost all the television networks and production houses rely solely on the apple based solutions for video editing and broad casting similarly apple products have the largest share in the digital musuic systems as ipod has taken the world including Pakistan like a storm.



Mr. Tahir is married and have 3 college going children. He likes to spend time with his family and his favourite pastime is travelling with his family to various recreational areas in Pakistan.
